| THE KEY TO HEAVENS DOOR
| |

 |
Hey it’s You-so glad you showed up here! I’m absolutely thrilled! There is something here for you. You are special in every way! Did you know someone really cares?
Imagine with me for a brief moment we see a door labeled “Heavens Door!” Believing that’s exactly what it is we walk-well actually run towards it! To our dismay we can’t open that door no matter how hard we try. We try everything imaginable, but everything we try simply fails to open that door. When we’re about ready to give up-a little child on the other side says to us it’s simple-just trust and believe… Then another voice, (one that we could hardy believe was their), “a thieve.” He says yes what the child says is absolutely true. All I said was “remember me.” We could see that all their faith and trust was in the Key that unlocks the door.
We look at each other and since their sincerity, and yet still realize there’s nothing in our present way of understanding and strength could we do to unlock that door. We finally realize the only way we will ever reach the other side of that door is by the “Grace of God!” Suddenly it was like a Mighty Wind blew the door wide open. Then it was like blinders had been lifted from our eyes and we began to understand.
Yes, we sometimes make it all to difficult. It is a simple yet powerful faith that through the work Jesus did on the cross for you and I we can know that we are His children and we will spend all eternity with Him. Just like "the thief" on the cross whom did nothing to earn salvation, nor do we have to or can we earn a way to open that door on our own. What did this thief say and how did Jesus respond? “Then he said Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom. Jesus answered him, I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in Paradise” (Luke 23: 42 & 43). This is one of my favorite verses in which shows the simplicity of little said or nothing done outwardly, yet the powerful transformation that happens to one inwardly when we come to the realization that God is all we need and becomes everything to us. The Creator-Jesus Christ sees clearly inside every person’s heart. You can be sure of your place in eternity because this was written for you: “I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.” (1 John 5: 13)
Remember it’s not WHAT you know but WHOM you know. In order to enter into eternal life and abundant life here on earth you must have the KEY that unlocks “Heavens Door.” It is within reach: “the Grace of God - (by which we are saved) through Jesus Christ dying on the cross for the sins of all... by putting your trust and faith in Him!”
Yes it’s that simple!
Spend time with Him, 24/7/365 Bart Jones
